Our fashion start-up is currently seeking a Working Student in Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving improvements in our services and products.
- Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries with speed, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Gather, analyze, and share customer feedback to enhance our service quality and product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fulfillment centers, producers) to ensure seamless customer support
- Take ownership of small projects to optimize workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
- Prepare concise reports on customer service KPIs and present actionable insights
