Customer Service – Working Student (20 hours/week)

Your responsibilities
Our fashion start-up is currently seeking a Working Student in Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving improvements in our services and products.
  • Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries with speed, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
  • Gather, analyze, and share customer feedback to enhance our service quality and product offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fulfillment centers, producers) to ensure seamless customer support
  • Take ownership of small projects to optimize workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
  • Prepare concise reports on customer service KPIs and present actionable insights
Your profile
  • You are currently enrolled in a study program in fields such as Business, Communication, Languages, or other relevant disciplines
  • You ideally have prior experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • A structured and organized working style, ensuring efficient task management and prioritization
  • High attention to detail, enabling you to provide precise and accurate responses
  • Self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and small projects
