Your responsibilities
- Support in analyzing and optimizing our eCommerce processes (e.g., conversion optimization, A/B testing, user behavior analysis)
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing our online shop (Shopify), including updating product descriptions, price changes, and managing the product catalog
- Create, design, and send newsletters in collaboration with the marketing team, including recipient segmentation and analysis of newsletter performance
- Assist in planning and implementing email marketing campaigns, as well as developing automation strategies for our newsletter workflows
- Support in creating reports and analyses to evaluate campaign performance and derive optimization suggestions
- Conduct product and competition analyses to improve product presentation in the online shop and identify new marketing potentials
- Assist in general marketing activities, such as planning and executing advertising campaigns or supporting other marketing projects
